I cannot believe it. I woke up at 6.30 again today and that is after working till 12.30. This is coming from the girl who is capable of snoozing her alarm for 2.5 hours in the morning because every minute counts, and I can’t feel guilty because I set the alarm right? Haha yep. That was my logic. You can imagine that this mind-frame didn’t get me very far. Every single morning I would snooze my alarm for at least 30 minutes before I would even consider getting up out of bed. I would be the person to get up 20 minutes before I had to leave the house. Rush to get dressed, ready, grab my lunch and head out the door feeling very flustered. What kind of life was I living if I would rather sleep all day then actually enjoy my day? Are you that person?

mohssine-chnaf-702879-unsplashWhat changed? Well, I’m glad you ask. I am currently in the middle of reading The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod. If the thought of waking up an extra hour early terrifies you then you need this book! I am that person. I used to HATE mornings. The problem is my day would often reflect that. I would always be told I’m very bubbly, energetic and friendly and that’s true, but that is circumstantial. The truth is I was always tried and I was only energetic when I was talking about something I am passionate about. The best example here is dance. I can’t not smile when I even think about dancing. I absolutely adore being able to express myself to the music with my dance parter. And what I love about Latin Dance even more, is that when I dance Bachata, as it’s a social dance, every song I dance with someone new. Every song, lyric, mood and person is different and brings out different ways you can express yourself. But as usual Im going off track here. My bad. I promise I will work on getting better at this 🙂

cezary-kukowka-656288-unsplashSo the Miracle Morning. I really recommend getting yourself that book and having a read. Now obviously everyone will have different results. The past few days people have been commenting on my energy and positivity so it’s working magic for me. However, I have read The Secret by Rhonda Byrne for the first time when I was 16, which I didn’t really incorporate until last month. I have an amazing community of people in my Arbonne business who all working at becoming their best version and we support each other. I don’t think I would be this motivated without my amazing community. I am also doing everything I possibly can, to do what I love and am passionate about.

I use Reiki on myself everyday and on my clients, helping them have more balanced lives emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually. I use products on my skin that are chemical free and vegan certified, so I do not poison my bloodstream with chemicals from my shower gel, shampoo, deodorant, make up and so much more. And yes those chemicals that are in 95% of high street products do get absorbed into your blood stream through your skin. I have become much more conscious of what I eat and I take care of my body with the food and doing a daily 10 min work out.

Don’t get me wrong. Leading the life you truly want is not easy. It is a lot of hard work. There are times I just want to curl up into my duvet, watch Hart of Dixie, get popcorn and ice cream and just feel sorry for myself. But you know what, everyone has wobbles. For goodness sake we are only human. What do you expect? That is how we become stronger. That is how we can prove to ourselves and the world that we have what it takes, because even through those wobbles you can pick yourself up, dust yourself off and go out there and repeat as many times as it takes.

hannah-tims-594336-unsplashSo what is your dream life? What kind of house would you like to live in? What car would you be driving? What does your romantic relationship look like? What does your relationship with your family look like? Do you go travelling and if so where do you want to go? Do you want to support a charity or help in your community somehow? Do you wish you had a different job? What do YOU want out of YOUR life. Dont let other’s judgement get in the way of creating your life. Don’t let limiting beliefs in yourself stop you either because you can absolutely do this and create that life. If you don’t believe it yet, then do whatever it takes to make it happen. Whether that means reaching out to some form of Therapy (could be Reiki or Hypnotherapy like I do, or you can reach out talking therapies, mediation, yoga etc), to your friends or finding a support group within like-minded people. Your life is your responsibility so start taking the kind of action that will take you where you want to be, rather than keep you where you are.
